Solving Download Issues: A Simple Guide

Having trouble downloading your files? Don't worry - we're here to help. Sometimes, downloads can stop or become extremely slow due to factors like your internet speed, your distance from our servers, or other technical issues.

Try a Different Browser

We've found that some internet browsers perform better than others when it comes to downloading files. Most of our customers have reported better download speeds and fewer problems when using one of the following browsers:

- Google Chrome

- Mozilla Firefox

- macOS Safari

If you're not already using one of these browsers, we recommend giving them a try.

Test Your Internet Speed

If you're still experiencing issues after switching browsers, it might be helpful to check your internet speed. You can do this by visiting www.speedtest.net or any other reliable internet speed testing service. These services can tell you how fast your internet is, which might help identify the cause of your download issues.

Contact Us

After you've run your internet speed test, please share the results with us by opening a support ticket or emailing us at [email protected]. Our customer support advisers can use this information to provide an alternative download link or suggest other solutions.

Remember, digital files can be large, and your download speed can greatly affect how long the download takes. If your internet connection is slow or unstable, the download might take longer or even fail. If possible, try downloading your files from a location with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

We're here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out if you're still having trouble.
